Elements of Nature: Free Band Concert by the Eastern Shore Wind Ensemble

May 19 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The all-ages community concert band, conducted by Music Director Charles Thai, will give a program of pieces that capture the essence of natural events or deal with human interactions with nature. The program will conclude with tunes from the family-favorite Japanese animated film "My Neighbor Totoro," which contains themes of supernatural creatures.
The ESWE was formed in 2001 to offer wind & percussion musicians an opportunity to continue or return to the pleasures of playing quality music in a large ensemble. New members are welcome, without audition or fee, when rehearsals resume in Sept.
