“Music in the Park” joins forces with the Kent County Histrical Society to present Chestertown’s 4th annual “Legacy Day.” Revel with our community in this outdoor multi-cultural celebration. Celebrating the musical heritage of Kent County, Legacy Day will start with a 5pm parade featuring antique cars, motorcycles, marching bands, and more. Live band with dancing in the street from 6-10pm, historical displays, trivia and dance contests, food, beverage, exhibits and craft vendors.

Collection of garbage and trash will be conducted in one area on Monday and Thursday evenings, and the other on Sunday and Wednesday evenings; except no collection will be made on New Years’ Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, but will be made on the next regular collection day after the holiday.
