La Nona written by playwright Roberto Cossa, is a classic tragicomedy from Argentina, first performed during the height of the military dictatorship on August 12, 1977. It was one of the few works to avoid censorship due to its perceived harmless comedic plot: an Italian grandmother ruins the lives of her family due to her incredible hunger. The Spanish Club will also be selling mini Latin American desserts: flan, tres leches, arroz con leche in order to raise funds for Día de Fútbol. This event is free, but reservations are strongly encouraged through the link provided.
