Shane, the Assistant Director of Eastern Shore Food Lab at the college, will teach participants best tactics for how to identify edible plants and plant look-alikes, encouraging the group to use their senses while exploring the many delicious offerings of the natural world. And it isn’t just about finding what is edible! Shane will also be educating the group on how to maximize the nutrition potential of these wild plants.
