Join RiverArts in celebrating its 10th anniversary. Like most arts festivals there will be artists selling their work and opportunities to see art in the making. What is special about this event is that it has been designed to actually engage the whole community in the creation of art with activities for all ages, several community art projects for adults and families to engage in and opportunities to vote for the "Peoples Choice" awards for several competitions. Music and food too.
