RiverArts Salon: Poems of Resistance with Robert Earl Price

March 16 @ 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Acclaimed local poet Robert Earl Price will be reading & answering questions about two occasional poems of resistance from his book Blood Flow. These poems were sparked by local (Chester River) events.
A Poem of Remembrance” – p.28
“Celebrating Juneteenth at Sumner Hall” – p.38

At this salon, Price is more interested in how the poems make the reader/listener feel than in extracting deep philosophical discussion.
