Did you know that you can make silver earrings out of clay? In this exciting workshop, students discover the fascinating properties of precious metal clay, while learning how to properly work with it in the wet and greenware state and post-firing. In this beginner class, we will cover techniques including two-sided texture, stone setting, torch firing and finishing. We will also go over polishing, creating ear wires and discuss kiln-firing and other types of clay.
