Radiant Material exhibiting artist, Tommy Bobo will offer a talk about his work. Bobo makes art primarily with lights and computers, but also enjoys watercolors, writing, and video. Bobo says about the works in the Radiant Material exhibition, “For years I have sought to make light a tangible mass, but my recent works treat light as a liquid. They splash light on the wall, let it soak in, and flow down. The works owe an equal debt to the sacred stained glass, music venue light shows, and science kits I had as a child.”
