PLANNING COMMISSION
APRIL 17, 2019
Chairman Jeffery Grotsky called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In attendance were Commission members David Bowering, Darrell Craig and Paul Showalter, Kees de Mooy, Zoning Administrator and guests.
MINUTES OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
Mr. Grotsky asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the meeting of March 20, 2019. Mr. Showalter moved to approve the minutes as presented, was seconded by Mr. Craig and carried unanimously.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT – RICHARDSON FRESH PONDS – 328 CANNON STREET
Mr. Michael Scott of Michael A. Scott, Inc. was present for the application. He said that the agreement is between the Town of Chestertown and Richardson Fresh Ponds where there exists a 10’ wide easement that will be extinguished on the 300 block of Cannon Street. The Town is selling the 10’ sliver of land to Richardson Fresh Ponds and the area will become part of parcel of 1218, better known as 328 Cannon Street.
Mr. Craig moved to approve the lot line adjustment as proposed for 328 Cannon Street, contingent on the sale and conveyance of the property from the Town of Chestertown to Richards Fresh Ponds, was seconded by Mr. Showalter and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Mr. Craig moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 p.m., was seconded by Mr. Bowering and carried unanimously.
