OCTOBER 19, 2022

 Morgan Ellis (Chair) called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.  In attendance were Commission members Tony D’Elia, Jeff Grotsky and John Hutchison, Kees de Mooy (Zoning Administrator) and guests.


Ms. Ellis asked if there were any corrections or revisions to the minutes of the meeting of August 17, 2022.  Mr. Hutchison moved to approve the minutes as submitted, was seconded by Mr. D’Elia and carried unanimously.


Mr. de Mooy stated that the woman who owns the parcel has a line of trees and would like to sell a portion of her property and change the lot line to incorporate the trees into her lot line.  She said that this would then allow for the second lot to be developed.

Mr. Hutchison stated that the proposed new parcel would have two (2) front yard setbacks, one facing Manor Avenue and one facing Rt. 213.  Mr. de Mooy stated that the building envelope on the plans was a placeholder, and he would work out lot lines when a building plan came forward.

Mr. Grotsky moved to approve the lot line adjustment as presented, was seconded Mr. D’Elia with the understanding that the survey be updated to reflect the correct setbacks for the record.  The motion carried unanimously.  

There being no further business or questions from the audience, Mr. Hutchison moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:40, was seconded by Mr. D’Elia and carried unanimously.
